1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery,
please file a Return Request calling our helpline number within three (3) days.
2. Any physical damage of machine at the time of usage will not cover return.

Valid reasons to return an item:

1. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to
switch on)
2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
3. Delivered product is not as advertised (i.e. does not match product description or picture).
4. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake/conterfeit item, or
expired.)
